Mail integration terms of use

Tavern outgoing Gmail supports communications requested through the Tavern website. It is operated for Tavern's sending account and is not a public email-sending service.

Using the service

Provide an address you control and accurate information when requesting a reply or alpha access. Do not use the contact workflow for spam, impersonation or sending private information that you do not have permission to share.

Delivery and access

Email delivery can be delayed or unavailable because of provider limits, account authorization or network problems. A sent message does not guarantee inbox delivery. An email does not override the current status or expiry of an alpha invitation.

Keep your submission receipt and current invitation. If delivery is uncertain, contact hello@thetavern.dev before repeating the request. The operator can check the original message and help with manual delivery.
